So really, a graduation from culinary school should be all about the food. Brisket, ham, Mom's potato salad and other treats from friends and family. Yum!
And the cake... Let's just say from scratch coffee-cherry-chocolate with scratch icing is awesome! Firm texture, just sweet enough to enduce a diabetic coma in under 10 minutes, and chunky cherries were a blessing to the taste buds.
